Technical Information: From the 1998 Brunswick Billiards Union League sell sheet: Truly a heirloom, this antique reproduction is a detail replica of the Brunswick-Balke-Collender Union League first produced in 1894. The legs, moldings and designed frame all display the handsome Egyptian style and resonate its beauty. Only 100 of these spectacular tables will be produced and each one includes a certificate of authenticity. Solid oak capped rails with inlaid diamond shaped ivory sights add to the genuine style of the Union League. A matching Union League wall cue rack is also available. The entire workmanship show in the Union League is of the highest order of merit and has been met with the greatest appreciation in all parts of the world It is perfectly constructed and thoroughly first-class in all of its appointments. Each model is individually hand-crafted. Solid white oak aprons, sills and legs to assure lasting stability and beauty. Recognized the world over for superior rebound, playability and consistency, the Superspeed cushions are 40% more accurate than most competitors. The innovative high performance nut plates secure the slate, rails and cushions together for absolute stability. They provide 70% more torque than inexpensive fasteners used on competitive tables.
